Meet Our Providers

Our board certified providers and qualified staff are uniquely trained in internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, and acute care – so you can trust us with the medical care for your entire family.

Kristina Ray, M.D.

Dr. Ray is a board certified internal medicine physician who has been practicing since 2007. She is a native of Madison Alabama but has called Mobile her home since moving there in 2000. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering at Mississippi State University and received her medical training at the University of South Alabama. Because she loved the area, she stayed in Mobile at USA medical center and completed her residency in Internal Medicine. Dr Ray enjoys primary care for its challenges in managing chronic illness as well as the relationships with patients it allows. She resides in Mobile County with her husband and two children. She is an avid Mississippi State fan and animal lover. She enjoys sports, gardening, baking, and spending time with friends, family, and the Lord.

Dr. Ray is not only a valuable asset to her patients here, she is also the Medical Director for Enhabit Hospice! Her compassion and dedication to patient care extends to include dignified approach to the end of life care.

Johnathon Dean, M.D.

Dr. Dean is board certified in family medicine. He has 7 years of experience as a physician caring for families from birth to the end of life. He comes to us from North Alabama where he served in similar areas to our southwest Alabama and southeast Mississippi communities. He is very excited about coming home to the Mobile area!

He was raised in Mobile, and went on to attend college in Arkansas at Harding University. He attended University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Medical School where he was top 10% in his class. He completed his residency in family practice at UAB in Huntsville.

Outside the office, Dr. Dean and his wife, Monica, enjoy time with their wonderful children, traveling, and serving with international ministries around the world.

Deanna Seaman, DNP

Dr. Seaman is a board-certified primary care pediatric nurse practitioner. She has 3 years of experience as a nurse practitioner caring for children and their families from birth until adulthood. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where she has completed her doctorate in nursing. Deanna has 15+ years of experience in the medical field, from paramedic to nurse practitioner.



Jordan Orr, P.A.

Jordan Orr is a board-certified physician assistant from Satsuma, Alabama. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Southern Mississippi before earning her Master of Health Science, Physician Assistant Studies, from the University of South Alabama. She has spent the last 3 years practicing in Urgent Care and taking care of patients of all ages. She always strives to provide thorough, compassionate, evidence-based medical care that is tailored to meet the individual needs of each person. She believes in the importance of shared decision-making between the provider and patient, and she is excited to serve her community through patient-centered healthcare. When not in clinic, Jordan loves traveling, home DIY projects, and spending time with her husband and two little girls.

Erin McAdams, PA-C

Erin McAdams, PA-C has lived on the Gulf Coast for the last 20+ years. She is an Assistant Professor and Co-Director of Clinical Education at the University of South Alabama (USA) Physician Assistant Studies Program. She is a two time alumni from USA and after obtaining her Master's she joined the Army National Guard where she served for 6 years, followed by 5 years in the US Army Reserves. She is passionate about a trauma informed approach to healthcare and women's health and has been a PA for 13+years. She enjoys spending time with her spouse, their two children and two dogs. She looks forward to expanding women's health services and primary care at Wilmer Medical Clinic.

Kristina Miller, DNP, CPNP-PC

Kristina Miller is a board-certified primary care pediatric nurse practitioner. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of South Alabama College of Nursing teaching graduate students studying to be a pediatric nurse practitioner or nurse educator, as well as other graduate courses. She works part-time as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Wilmer Medical Clinic. She has over 15 years of pediatric nursing experience in both acute care and primary care and enjoys providing care and education to both children and their caregivers and she is also a certified nurse educator (CNE). She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama (BSN and MSN) and Samford University (DNP).
